How AI uses your data
What happens to your information when you use AI features.
Your data stays in our backend
Your businesses, numbers, decisions, tasks and documents are stored in the Billionaire OS database. AI features read only records you already have access to.
Only what the answer needs is sent
When you ask for an AI analysis or briefing, we send the specific facts that request needs (for example the figures and titles involved). Email addresses, phone numbers, card and account numbers are removed before anything is sent.
What we control
We send only the data needed for each request, remove contact and account numbers first, and do not use your data to train our own models. Requests are answered by third-party AI models (Google and OpenAI); their own data terms apply.
Uploaded text is treated as data
Documents, bank descriptions and notes are passed to the AI as data only. Instructions hidden inside them are ignored.
You can see what an answer used
Each AI answer shows "Based on" with the sources it used. If there is not enough data, it tells you what to add instead of guessing.
AI credits
Each plan includes monthly AI credits; your usage is shown in Settings. Identical requests within 5 minutes reuse the earlier answer and use no credits. A separate safety limit only stops runaway or automated use.
Your feedback
If you rate an answer, we store the rating, your optional note and a short excerpt of the answer so our team can improve it.
